I called Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - -800-919-1754 (with a cost of US$7.00 per call payable by Visa or MasterCard) and checked up with the customer service with my petition number whether he could see my petition details in his system. He told me that he could see my petition details in the system. And, I asked him whether that information is from PIMS? But, he told me that he is not sure what system is that but he could see my petition information.
Does anyone have thoughts on this ... ie., MY Petition information is available in PIMS right now? If so, when will I get the passports stamped?

Why I said H1 and H4 is not in same class is, when you choose "Purpose of Travel" as "working in USA" then they are showing multiple choices for "Select Visa class". where it lists H1 , H2, h3 etc.. separately. When H1 and H2/ H3 are not in same class then how H4 will be of same class as H1.
Also refer the link below. where it listed H1 and H4 separately in Visa class table.

I am really excited to hear finally we got $60K to continue our approach to urge immigration reform. That is really great! And I already asked my employer to send letter to NYS Senator Charles Schumer and Hillary Clinton to support comprehensive immigration reform. We invited them to talk with us at their convenient time. Guys, keep hard work. That's our life and we must succeed in this immigration reform.

I did not realize this before and even my attorney did not tell me anything about this. what is the requiremnet for passport to apply I485? same time my application was mailed today afternoon in registered post. If there is slight chance of rejecting I want to call back my application and applying with new passport. what you guys think about this?
Frankly Speaking there is no relevance,I know when i stamped my H1 for the first time visa stamping given to me was beyond the expiry date of passport in which the visa stamp was stamped.
The deal is that when u r staying abroad other than your home country it is expected that one renews its passport 1 year before expiry.I renewed my passport one year before expiry thats the norm most countries follows. Even nowadays you go for stamping US embassy wants mimimum six month valid passport.Many people have got in trouble/issues with this since they get the full period visa but immigration officer at POE/airport only issue I 94 upto the validity of you passport,these things cause unneccessarry issues of filing for extension of status to get extended I 94. It is very important that everyone renews their passport before one year of expiry.
As far as your case is concerned i dont think unless there are red flags in your case they are going to look at your passport expiry date ,at the max they might issue an RFE or expalnation, lawyers usually file more than requested documents like W2's ,tax rerturns etc so that RFE's can be avoided as RFE can signifacntally slow down your case processing . I would suggest you to renew your passport as soon as possible.

Not flowers ... any other time, an emphatic YES.
But we just used flowers as a sarcastic "Thank You, USCIS" .... so it is not the best idea ... just a note of Thanks, email or letter - to let her know we are grateful for her stance. It is important that we acknowledge the efforts of people who work to help us.

Also, at this point there are some questions lingering around your 'consulting' agency. I'm pretty sure a 4 yr. degree from an accredited college/university is considered equivalent to BS here. I really have suspicions on the real cause that's being presented to you.
You may want to check if your agency is employing others and if so, get in touch with one of them and gather facts.

My employer (decent size company over 700 employees) responded back after several followups I got this answer back
" Wehave not yet started the forms processing as we have been gathering information from all of the employees that qualify for permanent residency".
What qulification they want to do after labor and approved I-140? my PD is Sept 2002 EB3. huh.....

Report indicates that Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), Rep. Nydia Velasquez (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) will meet with President Barack Obama this afternoon to talk about the chances of getting comprehensive immigration reform or the DREAM Act passed in the lame duck session, signaling the Democrats, Hispanics, and Obama turning their posture in CIR or DREAM from "defensive" to "offensive" strategy, by going forward with the all-court pressing DREAM or CIR during the Lame Duck session. For this apparent strategy, time is indeed short and running out. There was also report that the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) could bring the DREAM Act to the floor as early as this week. This strategy will push and corner Republicans to the "defensive" position in connection with the 2012 Presidential and another national election. For this matter, the Democrats have nothing to lose by pushing for DREAM or CIR during this Lame Duck session while they are in a majority position. Failure to pass the DREAM Act during the Lame Duck session will be placed on the Republicans, which are likely to bring about some Republican casualties and political liabilities in 2012 election. From the perspecitives of the DREAM activists, this is indeed considered a last chance and they are taking an aggressive position to take advantage of such political strategy of the Democrats. Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am currently in the last stage of greencard. My I-140 has been approved and I have done biometrics code 3.
I am applying for an immigrant visa via employment-based; EB2.
I recently got an RFE for my I-485 application. The request is to submit evidences of my non-immigrant status ever since I came back to the US from my out-of-country vacation on December 1999. Some of the evidences requested include the copies of my I-20s.
I attended 4 different schools; hence I should have four I-20s. I cannot find any of them.
And since I attended these schools more than 5 years ago, they could not provide me with a copy of my I-20s since they have been purged.
The question is:
1. What is the alternative that I have?
2. My attorney suggested that I obtain official transcripts from each schools, as well as a note from them explaining that my I-20s has been purged and are unobtainable.
Do you think these will be sufficient?
3. When an applicant got RFEd for his/her I-485 application, what is the typical period of time until the answer is given? My case is processed in TSC.

Bill introducted by Sen. Frist is great news, even though it is still in initial stages [Cross our fingers] glad we have something positive happenning.
We need to work harder and make sure it passes the house and becomes a law..long path and we should remain focussed every step of the way.

This is just a letter sized paper. No pictures. Some people accept it. Some don't. Even in Florida. It didn't use to have a signature. But I guess now it does. Last time I asked them and they said it is valid and should be accepted anywhere in FL. But, try renting a car with it.
Its worse if you have to travel out of state, and rent a car. I had to travel on work and it was horrible. Every time you use your credit card they ask for photo ID.
There is another thing called ID card, different then license.

I think next month its predicted that the Visa numbers will move forward and then retrogress again...so in October again there may be forward movement..what do you guys think!

If you look at the rules closely on the website, pregnant women are exempted from taking shots. The medical tests should not be a problem.
